Estimate: $5,235,000 Constructing approximately 12,330 LF of 6" sewer line, 12,690 LF of 8" sewer line, 1900 LF of 12" sewer line, and 590 LF of 15" sewer line, necessary manholes and appurtenances, sewer service reconnections and abandonment of existing sewer lines and manholes. The project also consists of approximately 1120 LF of drainage ditch regrading and 110 LF of culvert replacement. Liquidated Damages = $1,000 per day, Construction Days = 270 calendar days Please submit questions for this Project 72 hours prior to bid opening through the Q & A portal. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder, or Bidders, will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of the contract written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas and satisfactory to the Owner. The award will be made on the basis of the lowest responsible bid. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding and to reject any or all bids
