Question Cuttoff Date & Time 10/22/2023 11:00:00 PM (ET) This project will consist of the removal and replacement of existing roof at the Coralville Maintenance Garage as per the attached drawings and specifications. Work will include adding insulation flashing and gutters. Additional work will include the replacing cap flashing screws on adjacent roof as per the the attached plans and specifications. The estimated project period to begin November 10, 2023 and completion on or before June 1, 2024 Warranty is required This is project is exempt from state sales tax. Davis Beacon Wages Do Not Apply Site Visits: A site visit is recommended prior to submitting a bid. To schedule a site visit contractors must contact Teri Schulz at teri.schulz@iowadot.us with a date and time of when you want a site visit. Site visits must be completed prior to the Question Cutoff date. Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit.
