A. Contractor shall provide materials for and install a complete, functional voice data and communications system in accordance with this specification and all drawings. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a complete, functional system including all necessary components, whether included in this specification or not. B. The installation shall include cable, innerduct, interconnect/patching equipment, connectors, jumpers, wiring blocks, and telecommunications outlets, and any other equipment. In addition to material and equipment, Contractor shall provide labor and any incidental material required for installation. All copper station cables shall be terminated on patch panels and data communications outlets. Upon completion of installation, Contractor shall test all fiber and copper pathways and record the test results, as specified in the following. C. The work performed under this specification shall be of good quality and performed in a workmanlike manner. In this context "good quality" means the work shall meet industry technical standards and quality of appearance. The owner reserves the right to reject all or a portion of the work performed, either on technical or aesthetic grounds.
