The contract will consist of improvements to the Town's stormwater drainage systems, particularly as described as follows: The Project will be constructed as one contract consisting of improvements to the Town's stormwater drainage systems particularly as described as follows In general, the work of this contract includes the replacement of sewers and inlets in Sunman, IN. The sewers to be installed are 8 and 12" in diameter along with inlets. Additional work includes site restoration, maintenance of traffic and erosion control. An exhibit showing the locations to be replaced is included ,A unit price bid cost shall be provided by the contractor for the complete scope of work as provided for on the bid form included herein. Question Deadline 10/14/2023 at 5:00 AM ET Town will provide such provisions as long as the request is made by Thursday, October 12, 2023 The work to be performed and the bid to be submitted shall include sufficient and proper sums for all general construction, mechanical installation, labor, materials, permits, licenses, insurance, and so forth incidental to and required for the construction of the facilities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid, or all bids, or to accept any bid or bids, or to make such combination of bids as may seem desirable, and to waive any and all informalities in bidding. Upon execution of contracts and issuance of a notice to proceed, the Contractor shall begin work within ten (10) calendar days of the date of the notice to proceed.
