Remove, properly dispose of and replace existing partitions in public restrooms at the BAT Center. This is a request for quotes (RFQ) NOT sealed bids. MA Prevailing Wages will apply. Interested parties should review existing conditions before submitting quote. Project Specifications - Approximately 125 square feet ofpartition to be replaced. - All doors, dividers, and overhead supports are included square footage and will be replaced with new. - Layout will match the existing layout. - All hardware including but not limited to nuts, bolts, screws, hinges, latches, and hooks will be 316 grade stainless steel or approved equal by BAT. - All fasteners will be tamper resistant. The contractor will supply BAT with no less than two ofthe special tools required to remove and install the fasteners used. - Partitions will be a "Dur-A-Tex" or approved equal, composite material. Material color will be approved by BAT. - All existing dispensers and fixtures that are impacted by this project will be removed from the old partitions and re-installed onto the new partitions with appropriate hardware. - Areas damaged due to removal or installation will be repaired by the contractor. - Contractor is responsible for confirming the provided measurements to ensure an accurate quote.
