Longhaul Creek Bridge NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chairman of Union Independent Highway District, Idaho will be accepting bids for Longhaul Creek Bridge KN 29170 & KN 29190 on Longhaul Rd approximately 4 miles north of Grangeville. Such bid form instructions and specifications must be substantially complied with and such documents include special requirements including bidders security. The amount of the bid bond shall be 5% of the total bid. Equal physical and communications access for people with disabilities as required by title ii of the ADA will be provided with reasonable advance notice of 3 working days. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents.
