The project includes expansion of an existing conference room, and creation of a small break room. The project will add wall and ceiling insulation to all interior walls, new ceiling tile and light fixtures, new doors and card readers, a new reception desk, kitchen millwork, and associated infrastructure. The existing space has new carpet, base and paint that are to remain, and will need minor touch up as noted on the drawings as needed for the remodel work. Project Completion Date: Completion of this Project must be achieved within four (4) months of the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per day will be levied for each day the project is not completed after the required Project Completion Date. This is a "Prevailing Wage" project.
