In early 2020, the City purchased a new park site located at 1028 Fernwood and named the park "Lennie and Kitty Triboli Park". This property was a vacant parcel that neighbors landscaped and maintained for decades. In an effort to preserve the property as a small neighborhood park and relieve the neighbors of the maintenance burden, the City purchased the property and is currently maintaining it. The property has no water or power connections. In order to effectively maintain the park site, the City needs to bring water and power to the site to support the installation and monitoring of an irrigation system. Contractor to install power from local power source (PG&E) power pole to new foundation and junction boxes per plans attached. This is a turnkey installation including all materials necessary to facilitate power from the power source to the contractor furnished service pedestal w/ foundation. Additionally, the base bid is inclusive of installation of an irrigation pedestal foundation with the optional bid item of the irrigation pedestal. Please see attached SiteOne Green Tech rain Master DXi attachment for bid alternate item. For any questions on updated specs or changes to City approved product, please request information from City assigned Project Manager for this project. The City reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any and all Proposals, no matter their level of responsiveness, or to cancel this ITB in its entirety.
