Pricing/Bid must be inclusive freight/shipping to the George Mason University Facilities Warehouse at 4403 Rivanna River Way, Fairfax, VA 22030. Product must come with necessary wiring, brackets, and screws to equivalency of offered items. This solicitation is for a Brand Name or Equal Specification for the following: Part A: Quantity fifty (50) Tier 1, 355 Watt panels manufactured by Longi or approved equal. The panels must be compatible with Aero compact Compact Ground G15 racking specifications 37.4" to 45.3" X 59.0" to 88.6" (width X length). A cut sheet of the Longi modules is provided. Part B: Aero Compact Compact Ground G15 Ballast Block Frames or approved equal as specified in Attachment A - Solar Project Green House AARB Submission. Part C: FOB Destination Freight/Shipping for solar panel modules and racking to George Mason University Facilities Warehouse at 4403 Rivanna River Way, Fairfax, VA 22030. All fees, insurance, etc. to ship these materials must be included in this price. Bids shall be made on a per unit basis with a grand total amount, for furnish and delivery of the specified Solar Panels, Racking Systems, and FOB Destination Shipping/Freight. Bidders shall include, with their bid, a lead time in days (Days ARO) and a quote on their firm's letterhead confirming the quantity, part numbers, and descriptions of the items being bid.
