GRDA will accept questions regarding this RFP until 10/24/23 at 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing via online This project is to upgrade and install new equipment including 161kV and 15kV breakers, 161kV and 15kV switches, new 13.8kV distribution bay, new 161/13.8kV power transformer, battery shelter, various foundations, civil work, and upgrades to protection scheme with new relay panels. The location for the substation is shown and listed below: The NW MAID Substation is located near the city of Pryor in Mayes County, Oklahoma. The street address is: 2300 Main Street, MAIP Pryor, OK 74361 LAT. = 36.24268, LONG. = -95.31161 This project shall consist of 161kV/13.8KV upgrades: 161kV Breakers, 15KV Breakers, 161Kv Switches, 15KV Switches, 161KV/13.8KV Power Transformer and 161KV CCVTs. Transformer oil containment, various foundations, pull box, conduit, grounding, control cables and additional steel structures will be installed. A detached battery shelter will be installed by others, but some required work will need to be completed by the contractor. Some existing equipment will be removed with the installation of upgraded equipment. The contractor will be responsible for transporting and installing the new 161kV/13.8kV power transformer at the site. All Electrical connections are to be made with DMC Power Swage fittings unless specified in the drawings. Fittings provided by GRDA per Bill of Material, all required tooling to be provided by contractor.
