The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the Adjutant General's Office, Division of Engineering and Facilities to establish a contract to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to complete security fencing installation at the Smith Street Property Office Building located at 1001 Smith Street in Charleston, WV, per the attached specifications. This solicitation contains one (1) alternate bid item. Question Deadline 10/24/2023 at 11:00 AM ET PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the WV Army National Guard, Construction & Facilities Management Office, to establish a contract for the following: PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIAL, TOOLS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT TO INSTALL SECURITY FENCING AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE SMITH STREET PROPERTY OFFICE BUILDING IN CHARLESTON, WV. Contractor shall coordinate work through the Agency Project Manager. The Vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The Vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans. Where brand names are shown, these names are intended to describe a quality of product, and in no way are intended to limit products of equal quality. Therefore, products of other manufacturers may be employed for this work provided they are of equivalent materials and construction and are equally adaptable to the conditions as approved by the agency
