1. The City of Adrian Engineering Services and Public Works Departments will provide a list of catch basins to be lined. 2. Each catch basin is to be lined with at minimum Ultra-Thane 800 in order to seal the interior and provide structural support. 3. All lined catch basins shall be painted black 12-18 below the rim. 4. The contractor will have 60 days to complete the list. Contract will be effective upon signing of the Contract Agreement through June 30, 2026. The City shall have the right to renew the contract for one additional two-year period provided that forty-five days prior to the date of termination for the respective term of the contract, the City notifies the contractor of its intent to renew the contract. Any such extension shall be on the same terms and conditions as the original contract and pricing shall be the same as the last term of the contract. All bids to be F.O.B. Adrian, installed. All bids must be firm for not less than 60 days after official opening of bids. All bids must contain warranty information on the product being installed. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city.
