This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and is being conducted according to FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Project Summary: The objective of this SOW is to provide support, supervision, operations, maintenance, operations management, to USDA ARS Beltsville Agricultural Research Center (BARC) and direct responsibility of BARC's Water Wells, Raw Water System, Water Treatment Plant, Water Distribution System, Wastewater Collection System and two Wastewater Treatment Plants.
