It is the intent of this Invitation for Bid to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to provide Ready-Mix Concrete to the NC Department of Transportation. This mixture specified herein will primarily be used to repair roads, foundations, buildings, and highways for Division 11 Bridge Maintenances. This product is heavily used by the division for projects and maintenance upkeep of the highway and roads. The Contract shall have an initial term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"), which is anticipated to be on or around November 15, 2023.
