Reference Number 0000332480 Cherry Creek School District is requesting proposals from qualified firms for the upgrade of Arrowhead Elementary schools storm sewer. Arrowhead Elementary School was built in 1977 with an original square footage of 44,655. Additions were added in 1991 increasing square footage to 61,320. The storm sewer on the north end of building was installed to sheet flow to drainage ditch and with the current layout of the playground this is no longer acceptable causing storm flooding of the café. On the southeast corner the storm drain and culverts are undersized causing flooding of courtyard and ice buildup in winter months.
