The following are the services and/or items that the Successful Bidder will be required to provide and such services are to be included in the bids. The services, work, and/or items that the Contractor shall provide in a timely and proper manner in accordance with the Contract include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: Reference scope and specifications of IFB 2024-024, and Attachment E: Project Plans All questions must be submitted before 5:00 p.m., October 20, 2023. If necessary, an addendum will be issued and posted to the County website on the Current Bids/RFP Requests tab Boiler replacement per the project drawings provided as Attachment E to this IFB. a. Two steam boilers to be replaced with required piping for water sources and gas. b. Demolition and disposal of existing equipment shall be included in base bid price. c. Installation of automatic blow down system. d. Trane Building Automation Controls (BAS) to be included in base bid. e. Bid Alternate 1 covers a new condensate receiver tank. f. Bid Alternate 2 covers a new heating water pump package.
