And Installation On Owner' s Foundation Job , Hillsdale, Michigan, Of One (1) Lot Outdoor Switchgear Aisle. The Outdoor Switchgear Aisle Will Contain Six (6) Sections Of Outdoor Type Non-arc Resistant 15kv Metal Clad Swithgear With Relaying, 48vdc Battery System, 120-240 Vac Panelboard System, And Breaker Controls And Metering Will Be Located On A Remote- Operating Panel (Rop). The Switchgear Shall Contain All Required Auxiliary Equipment Listed Within The Included Specification Sections And Drawings For The 15 Kv Outdoor Metal Clad Switchgear Including All Specified And Otherwise Required Accessories, Specified Spare Parts, And The Furnishing Of Technical Field Installation And Inspection Services Associated With The Improvements To The Municipal Electric System Of The City Of Hillsdale, Michigan. A Bid executed by the bidder and a surety company in an amount equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the aggregate amount of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. In lieu of such , a certified check in the amount equal to that required in such , payable to the City of Hillsdale, Michigan may be submitted. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an acceptable and Labor and Material in the amount of One Hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price.
