Provide supervision, equipment, materials, and skilled labor to perform the following work: Clear & Grub, bushes, and grass removal. Removed landscaping material shall be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. Excavation 12" for grass areas, haul-off and disposal to Subtitle D Remove & disposal 4'H wooden fence. Removed material shall be disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. Asphalt pavement, 2.5" binder course, 1.5" surface course. 8" CA-6 under asphalt pavement CA-7 aggregate, 12"depth. Successful bidder to secure necessary permits All questions/request must be received two business prior to bid closing. Successful bidder is to remove and dispose of any construction debris upon project close-out. Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on SECTION 32 12 16 ASPHALT PAVING All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, replace and/or repair as necessary. All questions/requests must be received 2 business days, prior to bid closing. If the Bidder fails to furnish the performance bond within seven (7) days after acceptance of the Bidder's Bid, by the Board, the Bid acceptance maybe rescinded and the Bidder maybe precluded from further Bidding with the Board. The performance Bond must be issued by a surety acceptable to the Board and Licensed by the State of Illinois.
