The Project Consists of Approximately 1,700 Feet of Cured in Place Pipe Sewer Rehabilitation, of Which Approximately 1,050 Feet is 8-inch and 650 Feet is 6-inch, Replacing Approximately 10,000 Feet of Existing 6-inch to 12-inch Sewer by Pipe Bursting Means; Rehabilitation of Approximately 500 Vertical Feet of Manholes; and Reinstatement of Service Laterals With Approximately 50 by Robotic Means and 160 by Open Cut Means. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Prepared on the Form of Bid Bond Attached to the Contract Documents or a Surety Company's Standard Bid Bond, Duly Executed by the Bidder as Principal and Having as Surety Thereon a Surety Company Licensed to Do Business in the State of Kentucky and Listed as a Certified Company in the Latest Issue of U.s. Treasury Circular 570, in the Amount of Five Percent of the Bid. The Successful Bidder for This Contract Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond And Payment Bond Each in the Amount of 100 Percent of the Bid Liquidated Damages: Provisions for Liquidated Damages Are Set Forth in the Agreement.
