Furnish and deliver all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary to completely furnish, deliver and install all carpet and flooring materials, as specified herein, for the Cedar View Apartments, 4230 Dorney Park Road, Allentown PA 18104 on an "as needed" basis. Areas to be carpeted are individual apartments. Floors to be replaced are individual kitchens and bathrooms within apartments. It shall be the contractor's responsibility to take all measurements and indicate quantities needed for each area on the attached Bid Form. The contract shall be for a period of one (1) year commencing on or about November 10, 2023 and terminating on November 30, 2024. The County of Lehigh reserves the right to extend the contract period for three (3) additional one (1) year terms, if the vendor agrees to hold the prevailing prices. Said renewal(s) shall be agreed to by the parties and shall be in writing. The County of Lehigh reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time for unsatisfactory service or noncompliance of any part of these specifications. Any official questions and/or clarifications shall be directed, in writing, to the person noted below, on or before 4:00 P.M., October 20, 2023.
