Snake tub drain, verify drain is clear Furnish and install new steel bath tub and brushed nickel roller ball drain assembly Install GHA provided tub control assembly Rework water lines for toilet and vanity for concealment in wall cavity Furnish and install tile cement backer board from tub rim to ceiling , tape seal all joints, apply water proofing sealer Furnish and install 12" ceramic tile (color choice by GHA) tub rim to ceiling grout joints, apply sealant to grout. Remove existing medicine cabinet, replace with Lowes #503906 Furnish and install bath exhaust fan LOWES Item #901408 complete with roof vent. Install GHA furnished light over medicine cabinet Furnish and install pre-hung doors with clam shell trim and GHA door hardware at: Bath room #1 & #2 (24"x 80") Bedrooms 1-4 (32" x 80") 6 panel solid core. Furnish and install stainless range hood LOWES #612501 Replace washing machine outlet box Replace six ceiling lights with GHA furnished light fixtures Remove all nails, screws, etc. from wall and ceiling surfaces. Patch/spackle all holes. Paint entire unit with GHA provided paint in accordance with manufactures specifications Note: walls and ceilings are one color, doors/trim will be a different color Furnish and install new stainless-steel switch and receptacle wall plates entire unit Thoroughly clean the entire unit to GHA staff standards and acceptance Contractor is responsible for daily work area and jobsite cleanup and security. All proposers should include their scheduling availability with their estimates. Furnish and install 650 sq.ft. of mold moisture resistant drywall, plaster finish to match adjoining surfaces see attached Furnish and install 450sf of R19 wall insulation at exterior walls
