The Fenton Area Public School District, hereafter referred to as Customer is accepting sealed contractor bids for Removal of a Domestic Hot Water Boiler at the High School Fenton High School o Disconnect and remove the existing boiler. o Furnish and install (1) Lochinvar #AWN286PM Domestic Hot Water Boiler. o Furnish and install (1) Neutrasafe Condensate Neutralizer Kit. o Furnish and install (2) Lochinvar #RJA120 ASME Vertical Storage Tanks. o Re-pipe inlet and outlet water to new storage tanks as required. o Replace existing system primary pump as required. o Furnish and Install (1) Lochinvar #LTCPA30 15 gallon ASME Expansion Tank. o Re-connect vent and intake PVC as required. o Re-connect electrical and gas utilities as required. o Fill and vent system. o Check, Test and Start-up. o The district will be responsible for asbestos removal if necessary Installation, Configuration, and Training Services Start up and adjustment of new boiler. Owner training and review of the new equipment. Operation and Maintenance manuals complete with custom wiring diagrams.
