Reference Number 0000332369 The City is requesting responses to this RFP to procure the services of a qualified construction management firm utilizing the Construction Manager at Risk project method to build the Kentwood Community Center. The firm selected as a result of this RFP will provide both pre-construction and construction phase services, and work collaboratively with the City and its design professional's team through the course of design and construction. The CMAR will assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract as well as responsibility for construction means and methods and will be required to solicit bids from qualified subcontractors in a manner consistent with City procurement standards to perform the construction work. Participate with City in a process to set goals for DBE participation and implement a DBE program 11.
