West Pierce Fire & Rescue Station 24 Sanitary Sewer Project This document and its attachments shall serve as the plans and specifications for the above-referenced project. This project does not contain a formal specification package; however, the construction plans and notes contain sufficient information for the bidding of the project. The project includes the following: 1. Installation of 8-inch sanitary sewer line along 87th Ave SW, Lakewood, WA. 2. Installation of two 6-inch private sanitary sewer lines from the sanitary sewer extension along 87th Ave SW to the WPFR Station 24 building located at 8310 87th Ave SW, Lakewood. 3. Installation of an oil water separator. 4. Decommission of septic system. 5. Pavement restoration.
