Base Bid: This project consists of providing all required materials, equipment, and labor necessary to complete the construction +-1,530-LF Phase IIA Industrial Park Lane; +-1,425-LF Phase IIB North Park Lane; and +-1,525-LF Resurface Existing Phase I Roadways (Industrial Park Lane and East Park Lane) at the +-139-Acre Lynches River Industrial Park Along Dove Sutton Road (S-682) Near the Town of Pageland Chesterfield County, South Carolina. The Roadways and Stormwater Improvements include Clearing, Grubbing to construct approximately 3,000 Linear Feet (LF) of Two (2) Twelve (12)-foot Lanes with Shoulder and Ditch Section, Storm Drainage Systems, Three (3) major culvert crossings, and Two (2) Stormwater Basins, Erosion Control Measures, and Grass Disturbed Areas. Specific Details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications. Chesterfield County requests when constructing the roadways, that the connection from Dove Sutton Road down to Lot 3 be constructed to sub-grade before completing the remaining portion of the roadways to allow access for construction of Lot 3. Contractors shall have a proper and active South Carolina License Classification.
