A. The work described in these Contract Documents consists of furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials, equipment, and products for the construction of a multicolumn elevated water tank including foundation, water mains, electrical, control system integration, and site improvements as shown on the Drawings and specified in the Contract Documents. B. Furnish all materials, power, equipment, tools, labor, transportation, and other items necessary or convenient to the Contractor for the installation of the equipment, materials, and products specified or described in these Contract Documents and for the completion of all work to be performed by the Contractor as specified herein. The City of Canal Fulton (the City ), as provided in this notice for the ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK IMPROVEMENT Project (the Project ) Questions regarding plans and specifications should be addressed in writing to City Engineer, Keith A. Dylewski, P.E., P.S., 4450 Belden Village Street NW, Suite 800, Canton, OH 44718, (234) 410-3913, kad@civproengineering.com. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. All bidders will be required to comply with the City Contract Compliance Program regarding equal employment opportunity. After submission and opening, no bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening The City reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
