All other scopes for this project will be bid on the original date of 10-24-23 at 2:00pm.*** All questions should be emailed to the following address: srwalker@keyconstruction.com Project Description: TCC Metro Admissions will be a renovation of approximately 4500 sf of unused space on the 1st floor. The new space will consist of office space, part-time staff workstations and conference space. Includes, but is not limited to, providing all the necessary labor, materials, tools, supplies, supervision, insurance, equipment, scaffolding, hoisting, fees, etc. necessary to provide the Demolition work for the Tulsa Community College Admissions project, Tulsa, Oklahoma in accordance with the Contract Documents. It is further understood and agreed that this Subcontract also includes the furnishing and installation of the below listed items regardless of whether or not they are in the listed specification section(s) or any other specification section(s) or shown on the plans. This scope listing is to be used as a guideline and should not be considered as an all-inclusive list of items required to provide a complete scope of work under this proposal. Drawing and detail references are provided for reference only and are not to be considered as allinclusive of Contract Documents for the particular items referenced. (Please note: The word "provide" when used herein shall mean furnish and install completely, including all costs for labor, materials, equipment, hoisting, layout, scaffolding, ladders, staging, tools, rigging and any other appurtenances necessary to complete the Work".) Subcontractor has familiarized himself with the documents and has included those items of work shown and noted on the documents and all other equipment, devices and components that are not shown or noted, but required to provide a complete, functional and working system that is in compliance with all local codes. 1. Provide all interior demolition as required or indicated for the Admissions project, Complete. 2. Remove indicated ceilings, Complete. 3. Remove all Flooring, Complete. E.G. AD101 Note 1 4. Include removal/grinding of all floor mastic, grouts, and adhesives. 5. Remove existing floor power boxes in their entirety. E.G.AD 101 Note 2 6. Remove indicated mechanical elements, Complete. 7. Remove indicated electrical elements, Complete. 8. All work outside of temporary partition to be performed after hours or weekends. Refer to logistics plan. 9. Provide filter media for return air ducts to keep clean during demolition work. Provide additional changes of filter media as required during demolition work. 10. Provide Floor protection for path of debris removal from jobsite. 11. Coordinate with make safe contractors prior to start. 12. Comply with all Demolition Key Notes. 13. Salvage all items as indicated & coordinate with CM for turnover to Owner. 14. Take care to prevent damage to all finishes which remain. 15. Protect all adjacent floors from damage during work of this package. 16. Coordinate pre-demolition conference with CM, Owner and Architect before start of work. 17. Remove and legally dispose of all building components including required interior walls, ceilings, slabs-on-grades, miscellaneous interior components, improvements, and incidentals, including all related: removals, repairs, installations, restorations, cutting, patching, etc. as indicated, necessary, and as required to make complete. 18. Provide all dumpsters, hauling, and legal disposal of all building demolition debris, concrete trenching materials and excess materials.
