The current units are located throughout various rooms in a sub-level of the building and do not meet the operational & health and safety requirements of the service. The current mechanical rooms, where the existing disintegration machines are located, are very small with poor ventilation. A secure mechanical room must be built to house the equipment. The purpose of this room is to house a portion of the equipment required for destroying classified waste. An exterior space must be identified for the Waste Bin. The purpose of this space is to store one 30-yard waste bin and its associated waste evacuation system. Properly designed cement slab shall be provided for waste bin. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
