Provide Labor and Materials: Apply Skim Coat, Install VCT (Chocolate colored), strip and re-wax floors (with 3 coats) for approximately 4,122 sq. ft of space between two floors. This job is expected to be completed in two parts in conjunction with abatement work. The first half (approximately 1,500 sq. ft) will be completed during Thanksgiving break and second half will completed during Christmas break. 1) Furnish and install Skim Coat. 2) Furnish and install commercial grade 12x12 VCT (Chocolate colored) 3) Strip and rewax floor with at least three coats of wax applied after install. 4) Dust, Fume & Odor Control Throughout and Construction Waste Disposal. 5) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 6) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing bid. 7) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 8) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on ) SECTION 09 30 00 TILING 9) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 10) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 11) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 12) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 13) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 14) All trash must be removed off-site by contractor. 15) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 16) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
