The Town of Smithfield is seeking qualified proposals for the 2023-2024 Street Resurfacing Project. Resurface selected streets within the Town limits as directed by the Project Engineer. 1. S9.5B Asphalt Surface Course or approved equal 1-1/2 Thick 2. Sawcut and remove existing asphalt and remove existing aggregate base course (ABC). 3. Full Depth Patch (5 Type H Asphalt Concrete Binder Course or approved equal). 4. Adjust Manhole rings and covers. 5. Adjust Water Valve Boxes. 6. Adjust Gas Valve Boxes. 7.
