Proposals shall be mailed or delivered to: Borough Clerk Borough of Medford Lakes 1 Cabin Circle Medford Lakes, New Jersey 08055 The Borough of Medford Lakes assumes no responsibility for bids returned by mail or delivered after the deadline for submission of bids. Contractor shall be required to provide a copy of its business registration certificate pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-23.2 upon award of contract. Respondents are required to comply with applicable statutory requirements set forth in the bid specifications including but not limited to the NJ Public Contracts Law, related Procurement Laws and Truth in Contracting, P.L. 1999, c440, P.L. 1975, c127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. and P.L. 1963, c. 150, Title 11 of the Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. S121 01 et seq.) and N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. (Pay to Play) The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who, in the judgment of the Borough of Medford Lakes makes the most advantageous bid and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.
