Install artificial turf at the front of Citrus Middle School. Detailed areas to be walked at mandatory site walk. Utilize Diamond Pro Spring Fescue turf or equivalent. a. Removal of 3 inches of grass and or dirt of existing lawn and excess soil. b. Adjust irrigation and cap any necessary sprinkler heads. c. Grade and compact the sub base. d. Install decomposed granite base. e. Provide a sand infill. Owner reserves the right to add or deduct any of the additive or deductive items after the lowest responsible and responsive bidder is determined. The lowest bid shall be determined on the amount of the base bid. Contract Time shall be 30 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed, and liquidated damages for delay shall accrue. See Agreement between Owner and Contractor for more information. Bids must be accompanied by a bidders bond, cashiers check, or certified check for at least ten percent (10%) of the amount of the base bid and made payable to the Owner. Pursuant to the Contract Documents, the successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment (Labor and Material) Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, and a Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum, as set forth in the Contract Documents.
