Reference Number 0000332263 City of Yonkers (the “City”) wishes to set up a contract for the option to purchase the following camera enclosures and ubiquities: -Kintronics, or equal, FRP 14x12x6 NEMA Enclosure, nonvented 120VAC and Power Cord; Model #KNTNF141206A1CTVIP -Kintronics, or equal, Painted Steel Pole Mounting Bracket Kit with 8” Adjustable Bands; Model #KNTNMKS-300-08TVIP -Kintronics, or equal, Ubiquiti airMAX 5 GHz NanoBeam AC, Gen2; The first order will be for an immediate delivery of: -Qty 33 Model # KNTNF141206A1CTVIP, or equal -Qty 33 Model #KNTNMKS-300-08TVIP, or equal -Qty 30 Model #PBE-5AC-GEN2, or equal The City will not guarantee a minimum order on any future orders. If bidding an equal, bidder must provide the manufacturer name and manufacturer part number of the item being bid. Additionally, all corresponding technical data and specification sheets must be included in bid submission. Item is subject to review by the City of Yonkers. Final determination of product compliance will be made by the City of Yonkers. Delivery: The successful bidder will be required to deliver to City of Yonkers Police Planning Division located at 104 S Broadway, 2nd Floor, Yonkers, NY 10701 between the hours of 9am – 2pm Monday through Friday.
