Scope of Work: The Epsom Select Board is seeking proposals for pumping of the portable toilets at Webster Park. Monthly pumping of three portable toilets. Service to be performed year-round. Terms of Contract: The contract will be valid for one (1) year with the option to renew for the following year. The contract can be terminated with thirty (30) days' notice from either party and notice of termination must be in writing. Insurance: The contractor must maintain a minimum $1,000,000 General Liability insurance coverage. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to the Epsom Town Office and it will name the Town of Epsom as additional insured. Billing Procedure: No payments will be made in advance of services performed and invoices should be submitted to the Finance Administrator at the Epsom Town Office via mail or email. Quote Review: The quotes will be reviewed at the October 16, 2023 Epsom Select Board meeting. The Select Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the Town of Epsom.
