The park covers roughly 1 acre. General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required Each Bid shall be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or Bid Bond secured from a surety company satisfactory to the City, the amount of which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the submitted Total Bid Price, made payable to City of Shafter as bid security. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Faithful Performance Bond and a and Material Payment Bond each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price. *City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding process. Engineer's Estimate: $800,000 - $850,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
