The City of Manchester, New Hampshire, Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the Airport Pavement Maintenance Project for City FY 2024-2026. The scope of the work includes the rehabilitation of hot mix asphalt pavement for Airport public roads and parking lots as well as hot mix asphalt and Portland cement concrete airfield pavements. Work to be performed generally includes milling, hot mix asphalt overlay, crack sealing and repair, patching, seal coating, concrete joint sealing, and concrete spall repair. The project will occur over multiple years from 2024-2026. Pavement rehabilitation work will be subject to the Airport's available funding in accordance with the City of Manchester Procurement Code, Section 39.06 Authority to Award and Availability of Funds. Bidders should be aware that there is no guarantee that any work will result from this selection process and that if an assignment is undertaken, in part or in whole, that there is no assurance of further work or assignments. The Airport reserves the right during the performance period to issue for bid comprehensive pavement rehabilitation project(s) and that no guarantee of work will be provided for any given fiscal year. The successful bidder(s) will enter into an Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The City reserves the right to select more than one bidder.
