Environmental Testing and Related Products and Services Question Deadline: 10/18/2023 02:00 PM. Lewisville ISD is seeking proposals for Environmental Testing and Related Products and Services. The primary scope of services is for environmental inspection, testing, reporting, consulting, management, remediation oversight, and related products services to ensure LISD's compliance with all applicable environmental related laws, rules, and regulations. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, asbestos containing materials, mold, lead based paint, mercury, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB), other regulated substances, and other substances of environmental concern. This solicitation is not for the actual abatement and removal services, but is for the inspection, testing, reporting, consulting, management, remediation oversight, and related products/services as the District's representative. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, asbestos containing materials, mold, lead based paint, mercury, Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB), other regulated substances, and other substances of environmental concern. This solicitation is not for the actual abatement and removal services, but is for the inspection, testing, reporting, consulting, management, remediation oversight, and related products services as the District's representative. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals based upon any deviations indicated below. If none, please enter N/A Not Applicable. The initial term for this contract shall be for two years. The District may renew the contract annually for not more than three additional years. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
