This serves as a Notification to All Bidders that IFB10242023JKG Gragg Tech Center HVAC dated October 4, 2023 has been canceled as of October 19, 2023. Gragg Tech Center HVAC The anticipated terms of this contract shall be up to (1) year. The work shall begin after issuance of the "Notice to Proceed. Estimated start time is 01/02/2024. Substantial completion date is projected at 11/30/2024. Final completion date is projected at 12/30/2024 Bidders are required to submit a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total estimated contract amount The successful Bidder(s) will be required to submit a performance and/or labor bond, Cashier's or Certified Check in the amount of one hundred percent SCBE has set a Minority or Woman-owned Business Enterprises goal of 9.1% for this project All questions or requests for clarification of technical issues and terms pertaining to this Bid must be emailed to JaNese Graves gravesj1@scsk12.org and Mary Taylor, taylorm15@scsk12.org by 11:00 AM/CST on October 13, 2023.
