Installing Traffic Signals Plant, Which Includes Underground Electrical Conduits, Pull Pits, and Redirecting Conduit in Existing Foundations. Pulling in Cable, Mounting Wavetronix Detection Hardware, Field Wiring of Detection Cable, Installation of New Median 2.5m Light Series Davits Complete With Heads, and Installation of Heads on Existing 5m Light Series Davits, and Wiring Field Cables at the Intersection, Programming and Cabinet Wiring of New Wavetronix Detection Will Be Completed by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, Traffic Engineering Staff. Section II Rural Municipality of Winkler, Intersections of Main Street at Stanley Ave Installation of New Pedestrian Corridor Plant at the Intersection, Which Includes Concrete Bases, Underground Electrical Conduits and Demolition of Old Bases (Once Corridor Has Been Transitioned Over to New Corridor by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure Installation of New Poles, Corridor Heads, Pushbuttons, Pxo and Disposal of Old Poles and Corridor Heads Will Be Completed by Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Completion Dates and Liquidated Damages Subcompletion Construction of All Work in Section I is to Be Completed by No Later Than November 24, 2023. The Contractor Shall Ensure All Necessary Work is Completed to Accommodate This Date. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Completion All Remaining Work Shall Be Completed by July 31, 2024. The Contractor Shall Ensure All Necessary Work is Completed to Accommodate This Date. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed.
