SITE 1 Remove and replace existing front walkway, remove the lower concrete steps and the single upper step. Repour new walkway and lower stairs. Height of new new walkway should be such that the upper step is eliminated. Existing cement porch to remain. 2 Install new hand rail on lower steps in accordance with UDC (Universal Dwelling codes) and reattach existing porch hand rail to new walkway using the appropriate base. EXTERIOR (HOUSE) 3 Replace damaged piece of aluminum fascia wrap on eastern side of home. Replacement to match existing 4 Replace and repair damaged window sills on western double window by rear entry, upper south facing window, lower south facing window. Prime, paint and seal (caulk or silicone) new sills to match existing. 5 Prime and paint rear porch gable fascia. No bare wood to remain. Color to match existing. WAL BATHROOM (Basement) 6 Inspect and replace toilet valve if needed. 7 Remove and replace existing vinyl flooring. Replace with comparable rolled vinyl products or vinyl planking approved for wet environments. New flooring to include threshold in doorway. Caulk or silicone transition between flooring and wall tile. BATHROOM (Upper Floor) 8 Bathtub Leak. Replace drain kit. Access availible from below in basement 9 Replace hot water shutoff valve in bath vanity KITCHEN 10 Address drain issues in kitchen sink. Scope and unclog 11 Disconnect sink and dishwasher, Replace sink and reinstall existing dishwasher 12 Remove and replace damaged subfloor under sink cabinet and diswasher 13 Remove and replace existing sink cabinet and corner cabinet replace with closest matching cabinet 14 Remove and replace existing countertops BASEMENT Repair drywall underneath upper floor bathroom prime and paint to match.
