Anderson School District Five would like to Replace the dish machines at multiple schools. See specifications below for details. The successful contractor shall assume all responsibilities associated with this contract including but not limited to all labor fees, federal, state, city or town required business license(s), permits, insurance, fuel, supplies and any other expenses required to carry out the requirement of this solicitation. The successful contractor shall be properly licensed (Section 40-11-30) and must have at least five (5) years of documented experience. The award will be to one (1) contractor Locations: North Pointe Elementary, TL Hanna High and Southwood Academy 2. See pages 20-25 for detailed specs. All machines must be new. 3. This includes all related expenses for the delivery, purchase & installation of the machines as well as removal/disposal of the old machines. 4. Delivery includes: delivery, uncrating, setting in place, removing all packaging material from school district property and moving existing unit from the school to storage at CF Reames, 1225 South McDuffie Street, Anderson, SC 29624 5. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and all trash/debris disposed of off-site. 6. All debris will be removed and all areas cleaned to original status before final payment is submitted
