Reference Number 0000255371 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/09/29 02:00:00 PM CDT Bid Intent Deadline 2023/10/06 04:00:00 PM CDT Work includes the mechanical clearing of snow from specified areas all within the LUD of Ashern. Work areas include all sidewalks within Ashern and in front of the Ashern Fire Hall. Also, any work requested by the Municipality outside of this description may be done under the set hourly rates if mutually agreed upon by the Municipality and the Contractor. It is anticipated that a skid steer will be the primary piece of equipment used, although the use of a loader and tandem truck would be useful as well if possible. This contract will be for a 2-season term, including the 2023/2024, and 2024/2025 winter seasons. To remove snow from the specified areas, any time that the snowfall including drifting snow accumulates to three (3) inches or more in the parking lot and sidewalk areas. Any snowfalls during the night are to be removed by 11:00 AM and during the day to be removed as required. The successful contractor will be required to provide proof of and maintain $2,000,000.00 liability and property damage insurance. A waiver of liability will not be accepted.
