The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, and to waive any irregularities which do not materially affect the bid document or otherwise conflict with statute or ordinance. Any rejections of bids shall be made only if there is a sound documented reason for same. BID SPECIFICATIONS: This is a list of processes and materials required for the removal of existing roof top unit and replace with a comparable unit. o Not to include electrical disconnect/reconnect services. o Disconnect piping and remove existing roof top unit. o Remove, furnish and install new roof top unit, curb adapter and economizer. o Make all piping connections and insulate as required. o Provide any crane services needed. o Initial start-up.
