The furnishing of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the construction of the HVAC project Time is of the essence to the Contract performance. Notice to Proceed will be issued after the Pre Construction meeting as soon as all required paper work such as Contracts, Bonds, Insurance, Submittals, etc. are in order. Contractor shall mobilize within ten (10) days of the Notice to Proceed; however, construction must be performed by a completion date of July 19, 2024. Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each equal to 100% of the Contract Sum will be required of the successful bidder and from successful Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection, Subcontractors.
