The Q and A Period for this Opportunity is Ongoing Never Any questions that arise as a result of this advertisement should be directed to the City of Jefferson Purchasing Department (573) 634-6324 The contract time shall be 100 Working Days The contract will require compliance with the wage and labor requirements and the payment of minimum wages in accordance with the Schedule of Wage Rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. A certified check on a solvent bank or a bid bond by a satisfactory surety in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid must accompany each proposal. A Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) A one-year Performance and Guarantee Bond is required The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond.
