Smith Farm Park Bidding This project consists of site improvements at Smith Farm Park including providing access to existing and future barns, creating new walking paths, and improving the parking lot and driveway. Some of the improvements are intended to meet current ADA accessibility requirements (parking and walking paths). The contractor should expect to provide concrete and gravel paving, earthwork and erosion control, and construction of block walls for an amphitheater and stage. No utility or architectural work is anticipated. All bids must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid made payable to Town of Mars Hill. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 consecutive calendar days after bid opening except as provided in Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed contractors in the state(s) in which the work is to be completed. Bidder questions are due no later than 5pm on October 17, 2023.
