The project is a new golf clubhouse located northeast of the existing intramural fields The project is a new 3,700 sf golf clubhouse with 2,030 sf covered porch located northeast of the existing intramural fields. The building structure will be a weld-up steel structure and will be faced with insulated metal panels attached to a cold formed framing wall system, and a metal roof. Windows and doors will be a combination of hollow metal frames, and aluminum storefront. Golf bay and event deck doors will be electrified OH quad doors. Interior partitions will be metal studs and gypsum, and interior finishes will consist of multiple materials such as paint, tile, and acoustical tile ceilings. The main building will have an adjacent fenced in mechanical yard with a gate. There will be an additional electrical yard fence enclosure with gate adjacent to the existing metal building and existing electrical transformers. Site work will consist of utility routing, grading, flatwork, and a new fire lane. The successful Contractor will be required to coordinate with the short game contractor during construction. The facility is designed to house the women's golf team, the future men's golf team and to host special events. The program consists of a multi-purpose room, offices, storage, men's and women's locker rooms, public restrooms, and associated support spaces. Construction Budget: $1,750,000.00 Written Inquiries must be received by 12:00 PM CST, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 Project Start November 27, 2023 Project Completion June 28, 2024 Proposals exceeding $25,000.00, a five percent (5%) Proposal / Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check payable to ASU Contracts over $25,000 require Payment Bonds. Contracts over $100,000 require Performance Bonds. ASU also reserves the right to waive any or all formalities and to reject any or all responses if it determines it is in its best interests to do so. THE PROPOSED 5,736 GROSS AREA INCLUDING PORCHES & EXCLUDING MECHANICAL YARD TO THE EXISTING PARKING LOT. THE FACILITY SUPERSTRUCTURE WILL BE A PREENGINEERED METAL BUILDING (PEMB)
