Bidders are urged to review the specifications, requirements and evaluation process prior to submitting a bid The Clarke County School District is inviting proposals from qualified subcontractors for the six bid packages required for the CEDAR SHOALS Modular Units. You must request the specific system/bid package that you will be providing a quote for. The contract, if awarded, will be on the basis stated in the Request for Quote and Bid Specifications. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and to waive technicalities and informalities. The Clarke County School District is requesting bids for Fire Alarm System for Cedar Shoals High Modular Units. The successful Bidder shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other parts and supplies necessary to accomplish the tasks listed below. CCSD is accepting bids for the following: Fire Alarm Provide a NFPA 72 fully compliant Firelite Fire alarm system for the Cedar Shoals High Modular units which is tied to the existing Edwards Fire alarm panel. If a fire alarm device is activated in the modular units or in the main school both areas will activate the alarms. Provide the necessary devices, pull stations, strobes, horns , wiring, conduit etc. for a complete turn key system. To IDF in ROTC for CTAE Modular To IDF in Autoshop for 12 Classroom Modular The Electrical Contractor will install 1- 2 inch conduit from the back of the old gym to the CTAE modular IDF room and 1- 2 inch conduit from the Autoshop IDF to the 12 Classroom modular IDF . This conduit will only be used for the Fire alarm system. Any conduit, raceway etc. required for this system in the modular unit to the IDF room in the CTAE modular and within the existing school to the existing Fire Alarm panel is part of this contract.
