The District is seeking bids from qualified general contractors to install two (2) new tennis courts at Mountain View Park, located at 14444 Selby Avenue, Eastvale, California. Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, transportation, safety apparatus, etc. required to install two (2) new tennis courts per the approved plans and specifications (Exhibits A-1 & A-2). Bidder shall hold a Class B (General Building) California Contractor's License and meet all current licensing and registration requirements, as may be required by the State of California Contractor State License Board (CSLB), the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR), and County of Riverside without any official unresolved record of complaints registered or filed with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. All Bidder questions, clarifications or comments shall be submitted via e-mail only to Steve Lawson, Director of Parks & Recreation, at slawson@jcsd.us and must be received no later than October 9, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Inquiries received after 5:00 p.m. on October 9, 2023, will not be accepted. Responses from District Due October 12, 2023 Review of Bids October 23-27, 2023 Award of Contract November 2023 Unless otherwise specified in the Special Conditions, the contractor shall diligently prosecute the work to completion within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Upon written request of the contractor, and if approved in writing by the Project Manager, the time for commencement, completion, or both may be extended.
