Questions Deadline: Friday, October 27, 2023 @ 4:00 PM Lake Travis Independent School District is seeking contractors to provide Construction Manager-at-Risk services for the following project(s): Construction of LTHS Competition Gym, Fine Arts and Artificial Turf Field. Work includes new competition gym for approx. 2600 seats at the current Lake Travis High School, the addition of a two-story fine arts addition, an artificial turf football field, pedestrian walkways and parking improvements. The CMAR will be expected to provide pre-construction and construction services from now until the addition is scheduled to open around December 2025. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District. The conference and site visit are not mandatory but the District highly recommends Contractor representation. It is requested that each potential attendee register for the conference so that the District can anticipate the number of individuals that will be attending. The package containing your Proposal response and all required forms (1 signed original, 1 copy and 1 identical electronic copy) should be plainly marked in a sealed envelope.
